1. DENREA Association Membership

This service is exclusively for members of the DENREA (Department of Environment and Natural Resources Employees Association-11) in the Philippines. By using this platform, you confirm that you are a bona fide member in good standing.

2. Compliance with Philippine Laws

• Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173): All personal data collected shall be processed in accordance with Philippine data privacy laws.
• Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160): All financial transactions and records shall be monitored and reported as required by AMLA regulations.
• BSP Circulars: Compliance with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas regulations for financial associations.

3. Financial Obligations

Members must maintain accurate financial records and submit required documentation for audit purposes. All association dues and fees must be paid in accordance with DENREA bylaws.

• Submit all required verification documents within specified deadlines
• Ensure authenticity and accuracy of all submitted documents
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions
• Cooperate with audit and verification processes

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All member information and association data shall be treated as confidential. Unauthorized sharing or disclosure is strictly prohibited and may result in membership termination.

DENREA reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of these terms, non-compliance with Philippine laws, or activities detrimental to the association.
